She said the reservations shouldn't be open online and they couldn't seat us. Then she said they would seat us, but it will take long. I asked what will take long and she snapped back and said everything! It wasn't the evening we wanted to continue to have and we left.
The service was very slow and the food was mediocre. There was a concert going on at Truist but you would think that would not be a problem for a restaurant at an Omni that has big events going on all the time.
Had reservations, got sat, Waited 25 minutes with no server, got manager who took our order. Waited another 20, received margarita and nothing else. Finally just left for marg left hungry. People were leaving left and right bc of no service. Beautiful restaurant, poorly ran. Wasted an hour.
Burger was $22 for plain, dry meat and cheese on bread. McDonald's would've been better. Service was slow but not totally our servers fault. Party of 4, 2 plates came out and the other 2 plates were MIA for 15/20 more minutes. Late for game because it took forever to get our check.
Food is fantastic here. Servings are plentiful and very tasty. Rest of Battery restaurants had huge waits, not here. Went Saturday 10/7 for first time, prior to Braves game. Our server Sully was incredibly attentive and most personable. Only issue was the kitchen and bar both had mix-ups on our food and drink orders, thus we experienced delays in receiving. Sully was most apologetic and did the best he could, did remove charges for dinner orders served late. Sense it was an temporary issue. Went back yesterday 10/9 prior to Braves game and experienced no delays in our orders. Very prompt and food was delicious again. The Cauliflower appetizer and Roasted Chicken dinner are both faves. We'll be back.
