Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI just had a horrible experience to say the least as I walked in there was two employees sitting on the counter, looking at their phones, listening to very inappropriate music. As I walked up to the counter, the music was still playing very loudly, and one of the employees was vaping in the store and left a really bad taste of my mouth because it seemed really unprofessional. I don’t know what the customers that were dying in thought but for me, it was a horrible experience. And this is at subway at S. 3rd St.
Absolutely zero care for food safety whatsoever. I witnessed employees on their phone next to their makeline. Employees put phones away just to not wash their hands. When was the last time you cleaned your phone? When i walk in the employees look at me like a deer in headlights. I ask for a signature sandwich and they dont know their own signature sandwiches. They also left my sandwich in the toaster for far too long even when the oven beeped after it was done, but i guess my sandwich doesn’t matter. Subway? More like sub-par… cmon guys
Worst experience ever employees were on drugs the place was filthy and we got sick from the food from what I was told by an employee there's black mold growing in the dish tank area by the window no wonder we got sick
They make a quality sandwich.Parking: Lighting in parking lot is adequate.
I was trying to order a teriyaki wrap and the guy behind the counter was using the same gloves he had on handling cash and then I asked if he could take a cucumber of my sandwich because it was frozen and not looking fresh like it usually does he proceeded to put it in his mouth.....absolutely disgusting. The veggies were frozen from sitting to long as a matter of fact there was ice on the containers that veggies were in. The meat I'm sure is just as questionable. Abousoultly no food safe training Osgood customer service going on there would not recommend
