5 stars solely for the roast duck. Service was not great but they were busy and the food made up for it. Udon noodles really good.
Ate here a time or two and liked the food. I've tried to eat here 2 times this past month and each time they were closed even though their reported hours are open at 3:00. I guess I will stop trying. The food was good, but as others have reported, the service is unfriendly and the food is expensive for what you get. I was willing to overlook those things, but can't overlook them not being open when they are supposed to be.
Was really excited to take the family to an authentic Chinese restaurant. I lived in China myself and love their cuisine so found this place, thinking it’s going to be a great evening. Well, things turned out to be different. The food was served fairly fast, yes, however, it took me a couple good 5 attempts to get a waiter to our table to order some extra stuff. At the end when it was time to pay the bill, we left a 15% tip which seemed to be fair with the level of service and food quality we have received , the waiter started LITERALLY YELLING at us demanding a higher tip! In which world is this an acceptable way of treating customers and demanding the curtain tip? We left, and the waiter ran outside and demanded for the receipt she gave us (customer receipt) , I don’t know why but I gave it to her, and my husband then came back there to grab the receipt back, and guess what she charged us $50!!! more, which was more than a 30% tip. Definitely not coming back and hopefully people will see this review and save themselves some nerves and time and won’t bother to go to this place at all. Completely unacceptable
