Horribly disappointed in the catering I ordered for this weekends birthday party. Pickup was scheduled for 4:15. My husband showed up at 4:15 to pick it up. There was only 1 person working at the time in the whole store. He had to wait a long time forthe food and by the time he got it and got it home it was the food was late for the party. Other people walked out because itwas taking so long to be helped. Then when we opened the queso when we got home it didn?t look like the normal queso. It wasmore of a green color instead of the yellowish orange color it normal is. It?s like the cheese part was forgotten and theveggies in it were big chunks. Unless there was a recent change in the last week to the ingredients of the queso this is not howit should have been. We dined at a Qdoba and the queso didn?t look like this. Not to mention it didn?t taste like normal, itdidn?t have as much flavor and to be honest looked nasty. The guac we ordered was all dark green like it had been sitting for along time as well. We spent a lot of money and the quality was not worth it not to mention having one person working in therestaurant.
Ordered delivery via Qdoba's website from Clay Terrace location. The order arrived damaged, missing items/some toppings, an excess of others. We called to find out what happened, but both people we spoke to were rude, unprofessional, and argued withus. They insisted they didn't have our contact information, and that we ordered via a third party, neither of which were true. This location used to have great workers and food, but that is definitely not the case anymore. We won't be back.
Stopped in @8:45 pm after church?doors were locked although there were three staff members inside. Tried to ask if it was locked in error but no one responded. (Posted on the door ?out of beef shrimp) As we walked away another customer knocked onthe door loudly until the door was answered he was told they were only serving on line orders. His response ?then I?ll placean order on line!? We chose to walk away as opposed to getting food prepared by disgruntled employees.
I ordered online from here through Qdoba 's app. I placed an order 1 hour ahead of time and the order was accepted and I received a confirmation. When I went to the store the doors were locked and they posted a sign saying closed early for employeetraining all online orders will be refunded. I hope part of the employee training is teaching them to send out an email, textmessage or phone call telling their customers with active orders that they aren?t valid, I wasted 30 minutes of my day going toa location that closed early with no warning from Qdoba, thanks for continuing to set the customer service bar low. Update: 3weeks later, Qdoba still hasn 't credited my purchase back on my credit card. They responded below to this review below andapologized and offered a claim number and email address to reach out to make this up to me in their words. I emailed theaddress they provided with the claim number and still haven 't heard anything back from them or received a refund.
