Takenow Delivery - Charlotte

Ordered using app at 6:30pm; arrived 20 min. later no pizza. Employee lied and said it was almost done. ONE HOUR LATER NO PIZZA and approx 20 other people waiting and arrived to get theirs no pizza! Manager would not come out front, could hear stuff going on in the back, but only one or two pizzas got made and nobody claimed them. Employee out front was useless and didn't appear to know how to do ANYTHING except walk to the back. He was using his phone to ring somebody up who had called on the phone. Most times the phone wasn't answered. Not a single employee did anything other than walk from front to back without filling any orders. Manager would not appear to cancel my order as I had paid online and finally had to just walk out. CROOKS AND OWNER SHOULD BE FINED!!! HEALTH DEPT SHOULD ALSO VISIT BASED ON WHAT I SAW.
