Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónStaff member (who was leaning on the counter on her phone instead of working) was incredibly rude when i asked if they had extra masks for someone i was with who didn’t have one. she said “nope” in a dismissive tone, and as i turned to the person i was with (who was outside) to say they didn’t have masks, she said “make it quick”. by that logic, we proceeded into the store to which she then said “you’re just risking a $230 fine for entering without a face covering”. we obviously would not have entered if she hadn’t invited us in by saying “make it quick”. so we turned around and said we would not want to risk a fine to which she responded with “ya most people don’t”. there was no need for her attitude or passive invitation into the store as we would have just left (which we ended up doing after this interaction) or sent one person in.
One of the worst customer service provided by 7-11.
The coffee's as good as Starbucks but way cheaper. Good price for two large pizzas as well
They are awful in taking online orders. I just ordered 2 single served ice cream but the sent me shared served ice cream.A terrible service.
I went there at 1:20am to buy food. Very good staff and food was so fresh and tasty. Must visit them.
