Wow America. Where is our customer service going? Employees think their conversation is more important than the customer. Then the order is wrong. It?s stings cause the workers were not paying attention!

Customer service is excellent. Just disappointed in the breakfast sandwich. Today I got a sesame bagel toasted with pork roll and cheese.. pork roll slices were as thin as paper the cheese was thicker. I felt like I was just eating a cheese bagel. Really disappointed and I will not return. 10-12 years ago Manhattan Bagel was awesome with the breakfast meat being thick.. now this company is getting cheaper and cheaper by the day!
