I usually get a waba bowl with extra steak, girl charged me 5 dollars for extra “waba” so that’s my normal order, I come in today and get my normal order and the kid charges me for extra steak and chicken, which ends up costing more than the bowl itself. Probably won’t be coming back since I ended up spending 50 dollars instead of 30
Management was terrible. They made a mistake and refuse to fix the problem but prefer to just give me a refund. Sent my experience to WaBa Grill on the receipt and never got a response.
This is probably the worst Waba I've ever been to. The cashier speaks very broken English and will butcher your order. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt 3 times now, but no more.
