Burger King - Indianapolis

I have been here several times in recent years and have had NIE a good experience. The staff are rude, the food is always either wronged or thrown together sloppy, the cleaning in the store is terrible and the drive thru waits ridiculous. I would not recommend this point. You even have problems when you order online

I ordered a Whopper double with cheese, no pickles and light mayonnaise. I got a whopper (single), no cheese and almost no salad with normal mayonnaise or extra mayonnaise. Also the frits were medium-sized when they should be big foods: 2/5

My god! Worst service I've received at a drive-through in a very very very very very long time! Most ghetto ratchet hood rat people you have working....... Teach your employees how to speak, let's use the right vernacular when conversing with guest.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Their posted hours are opening at 6 am on Sundays. I showed up at 6:01am and was told they didn't open til 7. Their hours by the door said 6am, the Google hours say the same. I guess they just open whenever they want to. Can't have it your way after all. What is the point of having posted hours if you don't honor them? Any time I have been there in the past they are usually rude as well. Like what happened to just being nice to your customers. 0/10 would recommend

I would give this place a zero but unfortunately that is not a option. We will start this review off with all the lights are on and on the menu board but no one answered7:15 am 01/14/2023 . After leaving and then coming back to try to get myself breakfast and sitting in the drive thru for the second time with no response I pulled away . I saw a employee walking in at 8:00 am and I ask her if they were open . I said no one was answering at the drive thru speaker. She said well evidently they ain’t open and call me a dumb “ . The hours clearly state they open at 6:00 am . Extremely rude and disrespectful. Absolutely disgusting and pitiful especially the recalcitrant wretch that spoke to me .
