I came 4/24 around 10pm. Mari helped me and she gave me the best customer service I have ever recieved at this restaurant. Management please take note and praise her for her service!I used to have fond memories of this restaurant, coming here as a child with my grandparents. When I grew older and visited, staff was very rude to me almost every single time I came. It came to a point where I didn't want to keep coming.With this latest visit, I'm hopeful this is the sign for a positive change for this business. I hope that the culture of this business is inspired by the kind of positive attutude Mari presents to her customers.
Ordered two burritos. Asked for no tomato or guac. Instead was charged and recieved Asada Fries. Let them know the order was wrong, then waited in line over 30 minutes to recieve two burritos with nothing but steak. Literally two steak wraps. No price adjusment or refund offered. So we paid 27.00 for tortilla and steak.
The absolute best green juice. ? don't even bother going anywhere else.
I made Doordash and they didn't give me salsa, lemon or a radish for my tacos, how sad. I'm not coming back. And they charged me for the jalapenos and the cheese, don't even believe they gave them to me voluntarily ? the food is not that bad but it is not comfortable to eat without its sauce or its lemon and radishes. In the Sazon that is opposite they give everything!! Better service and richer
