Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lenexa

All 6 employees sat around eating, no manager available, one order on the screen with no one making it. Employee told me to “shush and wait a minute”. Employees are RUDE, NOT HELPFUL, THREW food onto a counter instead of simply handing it to the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do they treat all customers like this?! DISAPPOINTED

Management really needs to take these reviews seriously. This chipotle is in such a nice location but the service is not great. Drive to the chipotle on Shawnee mission and Quivira. Consistently never misses.

Total bummer, i came in at 12:45 lunchtime....they didn't even have rice made and said it would be 30 minutes?! i asked for a small amount of hot sauce and the woman soaked it in an entire ladle of sauce. employees clearly hate their jobs and love passing on their bad vibes to others....don't waste your time and money

Oddly one of the lowest quality Chipotles around. It’s like they don’t even use the same ingredients or protocols as other ones around. I used to get Chipotle every week living by the PV location(best one imo), but now I hardly bother.

Asked for extra lettuce on all bowls and still got less than the normal amount of lettuce. I don’t want to hold up a line just to get the bare minimum. Stop drizzling corn and lettuce like adding a dash of salt to a dish. It’s infuriating when hungry and just trying to get everyone their correct orders.It seems every time I go to this location my orders get less and less food. This is not a one time thing.If your inventory is low and managers aren’t restocking just say that.
