Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI drove for 10 minutes just to get my son some ice cream, and he had to wait in line for 20 minutes in the cold. When it was finally his turn to order, the employee rudely rejected him and slammed the window shut, even though there were still 30 minutes left before closing time. The service and attitude were terrible, and this is no way to treat a customer, especially an 11-year-old boy. It's hard to understand why anyone would want to buy ice cream from a place that dismisses the very customers—children—who are eager to make a purchase. While I understand that everyone wants to go home after a long day, the rude behavior and the slamming of the window were completely uncalled for. It felt as if they just ignored him altogether. This was the worst service I've ever experienced.
Terrible experience. Even though I was the only one in line, I had to wait 30 minutes. Definitely not worth the frustration.
I'm giving this ice cream shop three stars. It's not terrible, but it really lacks anything remarkable. I tried the vanilla ice cream with Cookie Crisp and Kit Kat, but it tasted just like a Wendy's Frosty, and there wasn't enough of the mix-ins to really notice their flavors. The serving size was quite small, and the selection of toppings was actually rather limited. I had high hopes for this new spot because of its connection to Kith and because I had recently visited the Milk and Cream Cereal Bar in Astoria, where I first discovered the combination of ice cream with cereal and candy. My experience there was fantastic—like a revelation! It brought together all the delightful treats from my childhood in such a tasty way. While the prices are similar, the servings at Milk and Cream are much larger, and everything tastes significantly better. Overall, this place feels more like a trendy spot than a true ice cream destination.
As a big fan of KITH and streetwear culture, this visit to NYC was a real treat for me. Although the wait was long, it was absolutely worth it! The ice cream was incredibly delicious, and I couldn’t resist picking up some merchandise as well. I can't emphasize enough how creamy and perfectly textured the ice cream was—simply fantastic! I’d rate this experience a 5 out of 5 and can’t wait to come back to NYC soon!
The staff was quite lazy. They stopped serving customers 15 minutes before closing time. The woman with short green hair attributed this to the manager. I won't be returning here again.
