Schlotzsky's - McKinney

My first time here, I ordered a wrap and asked for no onion. I received onion in it, the tortilla was so dry and hard. Not to mention the girl at the drive thru window had hickeys all over her neck… at least try to cover them. Overall the food itself wasn’t the best, totally hurt my stomach the rest of the day.

I had a pleasant experience at Schlotzsky's on Saturday, March 9th, 2024, at 2:55 PM. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I must say, the manager there is always very kind. They went out of their way to ensure everything was satisfactory. The food was enjoyable, served promptly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I appreciate the positive experience and commend the management for their efforts in maintaining a friendly environment.

Place was so clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I always love the bread it’s probably my favorite part of the sandwich! But the sandwich I got was fresh and very delicious! The atmosphere was great not to loud it was a nice place to come after a long day! I really enjoyed the food and the staff! Everything was in top shape! Definitely recommend and will be coming back here!

This particular restaurant makes the best potato soup ever and I'm sure the entire menu Is prepared exceptionally well!
