I have an online order at this point at 17:20 am today, at 6 pm, it showed online that the pizza was complete and delivered at 7:22 I found it strange that the pizza had not arrived yet and when I checked it online delivered it show. I called the place and asked me to talk to a manager and CHRISTOPHER who answered the call that kept me in the grip for what seemed to be forever. I called back, asked about the manager and he found me. I called back about 15 times and every time the same person would say, please hold and hold the call. I called from another number when they first answered when I asked for a manager I was put into operation again, and of course, when I try to call him back, the same thing happened 10 times more. I was charged for my order and it was never delivered!!!! I called this place about 30 times, and now it's 7:30 and still, everything I get will get in touch. I am extremely disappointed and disgusting, like the people who treated me. I am a very loyal Dominos customer when you review my profile; You will see the many times I order in a month. It is very disappointing to know that this location treats its customers in this way. not only have they humiliated I'm stuck when they see my number, but they stole me because I don't have my food. I'll call my bank tomorrow morning to dispute this matter. Update 7:51 PM After the call three times manager answered with the name Chris. His excuse, Christopher Place, to have me in my hands more than 25 times, was because they were so busy. You can hear it in his laughing voice that was a big lie. When I told him that my order was placed two hours ago and when delivered he said he didn't know how it happened that they were very busy.... I have requested a refund, because at this point it has been 3 hours since the order of the pizza and the children have already found something else to eat. What a terrible experience in this place. Never again 2 7 days later and still no refund. What's crazy is that I just called this store talking to Carlos who told me that Chris would be the only person who can help me. I explained that I spoke to Chris several times and nothing was done. I still have no money in my account. Carlos advised in a laughing matter that I should call my bank and let them know that I got a bad order so that my money can be refunded. How reaally?? this is the kind of customer service at this location??? That's incredible.
Definitely not the best experience....pizza was very dry, not much cheese and overcook. Frozen pizza would have been better???????????? not again!
No complaints yet it would be nice if the service was just a little faster and they suffer the same fate as pizza hat when it comes to big pizzas these big pizzas look like medium pizzas in other places and they do not deliver where I am in Miami Gardens that I find very hard to believe
I have been ordering from this store for over two years now since I moved to Carol. The delivery is always quick, they have never disappointed me. The only time the delivery took longer than usual, the driver brought me coupons and a free soda because they recognized my name on the order. Great customer service and great pizza.
