Coffee Culture Cafe Eatery

We ordered a wrap and 3 ingredients were omitted : avocado and cucumber (out of stock) ! We declined the goat cheese! The price was not changed, but I did suggest if we could get a break in the price of the 2 coffees! They said no! I don’t think I will be going back to that location! I feel like I was overcharged and under serviced!

Wonderful experience here every single time!! : definitely one of my favourite cafes in town. Melissa and Bruna are equally wonderful and perform very well under pressure. They are so kind, personable and friendly!! I will definitely be returning for the great service and clubhouse sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free sandwiches.

Its a cute countryside coffee place I loved there coffee ccino drink which they customized for me.. worth the price .. far far better than Starbucks or Tim's I would love to go to this coffee shop again... the staff is also very friendly and helpful.. the cafe has a cozy feel to it.. loved it veryy

Worst service ever. I ordered a hot latte. The girl serving me made it and did not put the lid on properly. The lid was just sitting on the cup, and when I drank it, the latte spilled all over me, burning my skin and making a mess in my car.I went back into the store and told her that she didn't put the lid on properly causing the latte to spill and burn me, the girl couldn't even apologize. She was too upset I was yelling in pain.I know you don't need the sharpest people working here, but this girl seemed to have a half brain. She had difficulty performing the simplest of tasks, and probably shouldn't be anywhere near a job like this, it's just not safe for anyone.

This is the best cafe in New Tecumseth. It is the biggest cafe, best for social interaction, comfiest seats, great food and drinks, and great customer service! Every single staff member that I met is very kind and respectful.I love the chai tea lattes, the smoothies, the sugar cookies, and the orange cranberry muffin (my fav .However, as someone who is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, (I fully understand that my allergy is my own responsibility , I do wish that my favourite cookie, the sugar cookie, was not placed next to the peanut butter cookie, or that any of the peanut and tree nut products were somehow separated by some kind of barrier. However, this doesn't deter me from Coffee Culture at all, in fact, I once wanted a sugar cookie so bad, even though the one part of the cookie touched a peanut butter cookie, so I split it in half and gave the half that was touched, to a friend.Thank you Coffee Culture for being a very cozy cafe :
