It’s one of the worse. This crew named Jessica has no sense of professionalism, I know i’m at fault also for ordering wrong but I said sorry right away for the inconvenience that I did and insisted of adding-on and the story goes on until it was change but her attitude is still the same. I said sorry once again to have assurance that things are now fine but she didn’t answered but its all fine since I messed up her work, but pushinng the meal to me and saying “patanggal nga niyan” in a rudely tone? hahahah can’t you teach your crew to be polite to their customers? this was teached at school, program of business ad, tourism and hrm. and to justify my action it qas just a toy being changed and I said “if okay lang po” when she asked if papalitan, I gave her option, for the record. And also whenever I order online, there is always something that is missing. I hope for improvements.
