Jersey Mike's Subs - Rome

Didn?t realize that for $15 I DONT get my moneys worth!!!! Ordered the large veggie sub and needless to say it is absolutely pathetic. Wish I could?ve called for the manager but it?s too late now $15 for this! I thought for the veggie sub I would get plenty of veggies?. One slice of tomato, tiny strands of bell pepper, and a pinch of lettuce?.

Food is good, but for 16.95 it should come with a song and dance- or at least a cookie. Not fast- placed order online, came in 25 minutes later, and the food still wasn't done (3 sandwiches).

This is the place for a really good Sandwich Deli style products fresh never frozen fresh veggies great tasting bread friendly people that works there my go to place when I need my Jersey Mike's fix...????????????????????????

Absolutely horrible customer service. Walked into location, 2 employees behind the counter no one spoke or even said hello or even acknowledged my son and I.1 was on the grill the other slicing lettuce. We stood in line about 3 to 4 mins. When the grill employee finally turns around and ask do we know what we want to order. And took our order. I was actually somewhat pleased when three other people came in as 2 other groups and they weren't acknowledged or spoken to as well so at least it wasn't racially motivated they were just absolutely terrible at their job. Not remotely personable. And appeared to be generally annoyed people came in another employee came in dressed in the dining room. My sandwiches were made no one asked if I wanted additional toppings at all, which I did but at this point I was completely turned off by this experience. Never saw a manager. This was on 11/01/22. At 4:30 to 4:55 If anyone from management cares to address the situation. I see why now they didnt have any other customers there. Doubtful I will ever return to this location and will adamantly encourage others not to.

You can call it pricey, but if you consider the fresh, quality ingredients and size of the sandwich, it's worth the price. Whole better value than that green and yellow chain that is always out of everything. This location is always very clean including the restrooms. The employees are generally very nice and listen to what you order. Check out the Red Pepper Sauce. It's great on everything. I wished they sold it to take home.
