At the end of 2013, the tastefully renovated winery with Vinothek was opened. In 2014 there was a guest house with 8 rooms. The symbol of the winery is the Kallstadter Löwe, the lion's head and the color purple can be found anywhere on the property. We went to the weeping on nil to the Mother's Day dinner and we had an amazing time. the oysters, the pulps, the steaks, the flame-cakes, the fatty succines with pesto and dessert. also the weeping were great, especially. the moonharvested grous (Portugiesenwein). service was also very friendly and efficient. we'll be back.
My wife and I had lunch here. The first thing that came to our minds when we entered the jam packed restaurant was this is stunning . So beautiful. The menu has a great variety of interesting choices, the appetizer platter is not to be missed....All very enjoyable. Our waitress, although being very busy, upheld a good service level. Well done. Just the wine was not quite what I like but that is a matter of style of wine, not of quality. The wines were good, just not the style I like. We will definitely come back. I also like the pricing. Compared to other restaurants quite on the low side. We had a short conversation with the couple at the other table. They were very happy with their food too. PS: The restaurant should have a few more smaller tables. The two of us were seated at a table of six. A bit awkward.

Very tasteful setting, the label color purple draws from the facade through the whole etablissement. Even the high quality cutlery of laguiole is purple. For a restoration in a weingut very professional and varied menu with many small non-typical oriented. the tatar was tastefully perfect with fresh capern to dress itself. the laid brot would not have had to be roasted, but this is a matter of taste. The two hamburger with wedges were also very beautifully dressed and covered with a spicy. the wedges in the fritierkörbchen heiss and with bite.Priorly it moves to other winzers in the upper segment, but is quite legitimate.
