When we arrived, the staff was unaware of this, so they couldn’t inform us before we placed our order. As a result, we spent $26 on food and drinks for a game we weren’t able to play. They had known since the last drop-in game that this one wouldn’t be a drop-in, so their failure to update their social media at the very least shows a complete disregard for their customers. I won’t be returning if this is how the owners allow their staff to manage events. If you’re aware of changes to an event, it’s simply poor business practice not to broadcast that information on your social media. If I could give negative stars for that, I would. The staff was polite, but that doesn’t make up for how they failed their customers. On a side note, the hummus was bland, and the homemade dip for the chips was no better—only the drinks were enjoyable.
