I almost walked out right then and there when I saw him giving me half a spoon of ground beef. I will just stick to the North Decatur Road location next time.
Every time i order at this location i get practically no food at all. I accidentally ordered to this location last night after saying i would never go back, The food was cold, the birria was tough and dry, and they gave me the wrong rice. I could not eat more than two spoons of my meal and they gave my husband a half scoop of everything (rice, chicken, and cheese) and he doesn’t get a lot so there was practically nothing in his bowl. Will never go back and don’t recommend.
Always great, and on time if you order online. Service is perfect.
On 9/16/23 I ordered Moe’s for my daughters and I and the food was not what I expected. We eat Moe’s a lot and has never experienced this before. We got our food via Door Dash and the food was a little cold. Which is understandable since I couldn’t pick it up myself. However, around 8pm (we received our food around 1pm) one daughter and experienced some stomach issues and the other daughter vomited several times in one hour. I called the nursing hotline and it determined food poisoning. Being in the medical field myself, I figured that is what it was since we really didn’t eat anything else because of the nauseous feeling. I called today to let the store know the issue. The guy that answered was really nice but I gelt like I was dismissed about the situation.
I love Moe’s, however when I called to let the team know that my kids and I experienced food poisoning it was dismissed. I asked if anyone would follow up with me about the situation and was told no it will go ip the chain of command. Then I was told when food poisoning should start I’m in the medical field) and that was incorrect.
