The food was amazing and fresh ! The service was exceptional she was amazingly sweet and made sure to check in with us not once did we feel forgotten. Definitely will come back to visit. The Serrano was my favorite salsa!

.PRICE CHANGE IN MENU WITH OUT UPDATING MENU. As a contractor , in the city of Waco. Ive always chose ruffis, the food is very authentic to the Mexican style in taste , I’ve never had a problem with the food or the service they give … my only problem is that the prices change very often with out an update on the “ONLINE MENU”. The change in prices in food ranges from 2$ up to $6 dollars , In items on top of old price per item , which make me feel like Stripes/7eleven hand made tortillas burritos are better “ruffis is getting expensive “ as if it’s a 9-11pm restaurant “IN MY OPINION AS A WACO RESIDENT “

OMG! I think you tried to kill me! Tamales smelled so wonderful, I ate one before I left your parking lot. My tummy is happy .

The best place in Waco to get a breakfast burrito hands down! Enough said.

It's ok taqueria-style food. Nothing amazing. Pretty bland. The salsa is cold, which IMO doesn't bring out all of the potential flavors.
