Chick-fil-a - WESTBOROUGH

Surprisingly good for fast food. They even bring the food to the table when you order inside. And they smile! I don't get that at other fast food places, haha.

Coffee was not wam enough and potato fries were crumbled pieces (couldn't find any honey comb shape) and very greasy. This branch was worst ever.

I am soooo DISGUSTED with MICE at Chick-fli-a ... Last night I dined-in with my family (03/07/2024) around 7:30 pm ... I am so so so disgusted to see MICE ... YES mice jumping around in the kids playground inside the restaurant. I can't even eat the sandwish and the extra sandwish that I bought after what I saw/witnessed yesterday. I have been a cutomser here for over 8 years now... when I told one of the employees about the mice incident which from yesterday they looked around as if something is normal until they rushed in after i left in afew seconds. I am very concerned about this and the quality of food.

Went there last saturday wasn’t pleased with the service i ordered a tenders combo with a sweet mango lemonade it would’ve been my first time trying it! and ordered my daughter a kids meal with coke…before me there was a family ordering and they forgot to receive there coke from there ordered then i ordered my stuff and he guy i think he was new because he got my whole order wrong when i received then man had the audacity to half fill the coke he was going to give to that family than since i ordered a coke for my daughter he gave it to us immediately i saw it was half filled …got my ordered didn’t get my fries more my drink told the guy hey i think u just forgot my cup and he told me i have to charge you for another cup and told him ok told him the drink i wanted and still gave me pure sweet tea .after there was a couple who got there ordered totally wrong and i noticed it was the person in the register not taking the orders correctly nor repeating them i used to work in mcdonald’s and know some of the ways to take an ordered how u have to repeat to make sure everything okay and never asked me any sauces for all my meal and daughters which i don’t mind but i walked up to ask for sauces and the worker looked so bothered!
