Resumen: Esperé 35 minutos por mi comida, tuve que recordar al personal dos veces que había pedido una hamburguesa con queso y esperé 25 minutos por mi hamburguesa. Tuve que avisar nuevamente cuando vi que clientes que ordenaron después que yo recibían sus hamburguesas primero. Y eso fue solo la hamburguesa. También se olvidaron de mis papas fritas y esperé otros 10 minutos más. Para ser justo, el personal se disculpó y me ofreció una hamburguesa de Nutella como compensación, pero ya estaba demasiado molesto para aceptarla. Vi al menos 20 pedidos de Glovo antes que el mío y tres grupos diferentes de clientes que recibieron su comida antes que yo. La hamburguesa en sí fue probablemente un 7/10, pero la experiencia en general fue un sólido 4/10. Los precios no son caros. Si tuvieran algunos taburetes, la espera habría sido mucho menos molesta y frustrante. No entiendo por qué no cumplen con esta necesidad básica.
