Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI was at the Brooklyn Museum and craving Italian after my visit and Sotto Voce was a 20-minute walk away and close to an F/G subway stop so I reserved a table using Google. It was easy to find and I was there at around 4 pm so there was just me, someone at the bar, a table that had just checked out, and another with 2 diners so it felt safe. Anaci was my server (I think he’s also an owner) and he was very convivial. The place is nice, like a Mom and Pop and the menu was easy to navigate. Anaci rattled off the specials and he had me at LASAGNA. I had a very good Chianti with it and not the wine and pasta were absolutely delicious. I ordered the apple pie (touted as Brooklyn’s best) but it looked old as the crust was soggy. It did taste good as did the cinnamon gelato that came with it. The meal was pricey but I was totally satisfied. Would definitely go again. Grazie!
This restaurant is a fantastic local gem. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. It has become a regular dining spot for my wife, daughter, and me. I highly recommend it.
I came here for dinner with my boyfriend tonight. He had the pasta bolognese and I ordered the chicken francese. We split the creme brulee for dessert and received complimentary mulled wine one word that sums up our dinner was fantastic!!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality .
There’s nowhere better in Park Slope to get an innovative take on traditional Italian food. The wait staff at Sotto Voce is knowledgeable, friendly, and so welcoming to us as neighbors in the community. Their famous tomato dip served complimentary with bread is so delicious, they let you try and guess the “secret ingredient” for a small prize. We couldn’t get it but it hardly mattered bc the dip is so yummy! Pasta dishes and all their special entrees are to die for. And dare I say the best Tiramisu in all of Brooklyn. We came at noon on a Tuesday for lunch and a bottle of Prosecco. It was quiet, and the outdoor seating was peaceful.
