The female staff in the room was clearly in a bad mood. I asked if I could move a table, and I was told. The female staff served hot dishes was uncomfortable and ineffective. Located in Tours on the Bordeaux/Paris axis, we used to stop in this Flunch. Three years ago, I left a review with a 3-star passable comment. I'll be back this year to lower the rating by going to two stars. We have already seen last year (2021) a decrease in the quality of the services that has been confirmed this year (2022). Steak chopped cold, stack chopped kids shoe sole and cold, never pasta when we pass, cold and soft fries and even worse, the toilets are in a deplorable state. Both men and women.
