Sal's Pizza - Chapel Hill

I went to the restaurant without any money and only ordered water. I felt guilty about it, so I kept my conversation minimal. This restaurant is a good place for introverts.

After being informed by Via Slice that our food would arrive within a 15-minute window, with the latest time being 7:04 PM, we ended up waiting until 7:11 PM before deciding to leave. This was a total of 52 minutes after placing our order. While we understand that Saturdays can be busy, the delay was still frustrating.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant, and when I got home, I realized that part of my order was missing. I called them to let them know, and they offered to double my order the next time I ordered from them. The restaurant seemed unclean...

I saw this place when I passed and finally stopped trying the Chef Pasta dish, the last tortellini with spinach, artichoke, chicken, red paprika in a lemon sauce.. It was DELICIOUS! Good portion, too. I also have a Cannoli Cuz hey, you only live once. It was REAL! The filling was really good. It had small spots of shaved chocolate in it?

I wasn't greeted warmly by the front staff member, which left me feeling quite disappointed, and I ended up leaving. I can't comment on the food since I didn't stay, which is unfortunate. I appreciate the apology, but this incident definitely occurred. I’ve adjusted my rating to 3 stars because I understand the significance of reviews for a business's success, and I appreciate your respectful response.
