Subway - Cleveland

I haven't taken the subway in nearly a decade because I don't find it to be of good quality or particularly tasty. I decided to visit this place since I received a voucher, but I discovered that they don't accept coupons. I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars.

This restaurant is a little hidden gem. The subs are quite tasty. There are a few fast train options nearby that make it easy to get to, so I was really pleased to discover this Subway.

The service at this restaurant is concerning. Each time I've visited, I’ve only encountered one employee, and he has been consistently rude. I even knocked on the glass to get his attention, but he treated me dismissively. I won’t be returning; this level of service is unacceptable.

Terrible service. very rude worker. He's rude, every time we go in, but we were always nice. avoid this subway.

Doors open but no food ready. If you have no food ready doors should be locked. Clerk says no food ready til 10 am. It’s 9am then doors should be locked.
