Bandit Brewing Co. - Darby

Previously known for its exceptional beer, this restaurant is now all about the handmade tacos. The flavors are much brighter and more diverse!

Excellent service, spacious setting, and a wonderful atmosphere. While the beers didn't quite impress me, they were all decent. The Kölsch didn't have enough body to mask the yeast flavor, and the Biere de Garde wasn't particularly dry. However, like most patrons, we'll definitely return for the first three aspects I mentioned!

Goodbye to Montana's smallest brewery! It's a lovely venue with fantastic beer. They offer an excellent variety of styles, and the few I sampled were well-crafted. I'm eager to return and taste more! Don't forget to try the pizza as well.

Bandit (Brigand) Brewery has hard separators and hard separator slurries for those who don't like beer! We were greeted by Santa Mrs. Claus with freshly baked cookies!

BEER WAS GREAT. Nice facility. However, the former building felt more cozy, I guess because it was smaller. We will be back hiwever.
