I have dined there several times and as always eating, service is always excellent.

The tasting menu was an incredible culinary experience. of eating, drinks, (even if the pairs of drinks all together were not on place with the rest of the experience) and the service was excellent.
The highlight of our meal was the Pib pumpkin appetizer. the presentation was extraordinary and the aromen were incredible. I would have had one more. we ordered two entrees to share the absorbent black with lenses was very good and my man favorites. the second escape was the rabbit, which was interesting and serene, but our socks did not knock off. we had the mango sorbet for dessert and that was incredibly unique and refreshing. a total of 4 stars.
Merida's Best restaurant (one of the best in Mexico) hands down! Excellent food with a unique twist, everything cooked to perfection. They have their own food lab and the menu is impressive, with original recipes and a lot of work in every dish. You can have the 21+ course dinner or order a la carte, each dish is an experience. Great mezcal and wine selection, good cocktails and an impressive setting in a cool house with impeccable decor.
