My husband and I recently had a wonderful dinner at Ashe’s. The atmosphere felt cozy, staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Both the baked fish dish and the risotto were excellent and the sticky toffee pudding was the best we have eaten anywhere. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dingle.

The dining experience was fantastic, with a warm and welcoming staff. They offered an excellent variety of seafood. The atmosphere was cozy, accompanied by great music. I will definitely return!

I love this restaurant. it was welcoming and charming. service and eating were both excellent. seafood was unforgettable and the sticky toffee was the best I ever had. I have eaten three times in my short stay in dingle. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic! The seafood is fresh and delicious, definitely the best I've ever tasted. The bread, drinks, and salads are equally impressive. The staff is very friendly, making the experience even better. You really can't go wrong at this place!

I was excited to see crabs and dumplings on the menu. The three dumplings were served with a generous portion of salad (including lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and carrot) for just under €20. The scallops, on the other hand, were roasted and accompanied by the same type of salad for €28.50. While the dumplings were delicious, the scallops were rather bland and didn’t have any standout flavors, especially at that price point. The burger and fish and chips were both very good, priced at €17.95, but I found €21.95 for mussels and chips to be excessive. I understand that restaurants are facing rapidly rising costs, but some adjustments to the menu are needed to make this pub appealing to us again. Reducing portion sizes or including side dishes with the mains could enhance the meals and potentially lower the overall cost. Interestingly, the only side that could be ordered at an extra charge alongside our scallops was chips! Overall, we felt disappointed.
