Frank's Trattoria - Edison

I ordered a cheese steak wrap with fries and a tuna salad. It was excellent the wrap was better, than the traditional roll that is normally used for cheese steaks. Plus a wrap has less calories. The cheese steak wasn't oily at all which was a major plus, the onions and peppers really enhanced the flavor. The tuna salad was great. It had mixed lettuce, plum tomatoes,olives,cucumbers, and onions with a generous amount of tuna, with a soft small roll on the side. I was very pleased with the food. I normally bought pizza and wings from Frank's but will definitely order other dishes from now on. Thanks for the great food. I highly recommend Frank's.

Chicken francese is to die for. Half platter feeds nearly 10 people for $50

The owner, Jonny, is a great guy. He even delivers to my house sometimes! I've been ordering from this place for years, but I just tried the quesadilla today, and it was amazing—9/10! It's surprisingly delicious for a pizzeria!

Great chew steaks and the pizzas are amazing. The crust is also a great texture on the pizzas. I love this place.

I really want to give this place 4 stars, there are moments when the pizza is just absolutely fantastic, almost similar to Joe's or ray's in the city, but it is very very inconsistent week to week. It's almost as if they have a different chef making the pizzas every week. You would think they'd stick to 1 recipe and the same ingredients.
