Silve - FASANO

We had an amazing experience at Silvè this evening, 9/15/23. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding and it was an overall great experience. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and look forward to returning. We left feeling stuffed after countless rounds of food and couldn’t have picked a better restaurant to finish off our Italy honeymoon.

It’s hard to review this restaurant in the usual way. Was it good food? Great service? Absolutely. Was the ambiance enjoyable? On a cute street corner, with homey decor, candles, and old Italian tunes playing on vinyl, yes of course. But the thing about Silve is that it really is a show wherein you have just arrived at a dear friends house and their Mama has been cooking and is ready to serve you the most comforting Italian meal. The whole thing was kind of magical and a little bit like a drug trip, but so fun and so delicious. The food was simple and yet mesmerizing and the host was hilariously eccentric and energetic in a way where you just have to let it happen. Most memorable experience of our trip, hope we can return one day in the future.

Amazing food and experience. Feels like you are part of a family dinner. The final bill seemed too little for all we ate and drank!

Quelle expérience ! parce que c'est en fait plus une expérience qu'un dîner gastro. L'accueil est plus que chaleureux. Maman à la cuisine et son fils au service sont plus que parfaits, leur histoire est belle. les petits plats bien cuits (nous n’avons pas compté mais une bonne quinzaine certainement) pendant des heures, avec un verre de vins hautement sélectionnés. le dernier dijo vient couronner l'affaire. et tout pour moins qu'énorme ! Je ne l'ai pas manqué !

Poco tempo disponibile prima dell'inizio di uno spettacolo. Succediamo in questo piccolo ristorante. Per il benvenuto del proprietario, comprendiamo che siamo accaduti nel posto giusto. Il club e' gestito da mamma e figlio. Figlio nel corridoio, mamma in cucina. E la sensazione che indossi e' rimanere a casa loro. la tovaglia e l'ambiente circostante ricorda le case delle nostre nonne. dettagli di una pugliesità che non esiste più e che molti locali cercano di riprodurre grossolanamente. qui è tutto molto spontaneo...e funziona!!! E come in ogni casa di mamma o nonna che rispetti (nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi), si mangia bene. una cucina semplice, ma buona! Davvero buono! ogni pasto aveva il suo gusto distinto e ti ha fatto dire bene oh prendiamo un giro di antipasti. Più o meno uno dei corsi, composto da piatti della vera cucina tradizionale pugliese. ingredienti semplici ma cucinati come la tradizione vuole. Come vuoi la nonna? Finalmente due dolci. Inutile dire che eravamo già in modo soddisfacente. Materia prima eccelente tra un capocollo di fasano stagionato mesi). Siamo stati coccolati dall'inizio alla fine è la coppia madre / figlio sono l'ingrediente extra che ti fa apprezzare qualsiasi dettaglio della cena. Ritorneremo per il primo e il secondo ma anche gli antipasti eh)
