Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónOur school just placed a very large order for students involved in an after school activity. My experience with the manager, Paul, could not have been more positive. My order was ready when I arrived and employees helped me load it in my car. I even made a mistake with one of our orders and Paul gave us an additional meal in a hurry free of charge. The students loved the subs too. This store exceeded my expectations. We will definitely use Firehouse in the future for similar events.
A family of five went out to eat and ordered $78 worth of food but were left with only $100. They accused an employee of accepting a counterfeit $100 bill some time ago and attempted to deduct it from their salary! The counterfeit pen cost $12. It's a shame that an American company doesn't accept American currency. I suggest going to Marco's Pizza instead.
In our last two experiences ordering subs from Firehouse, we encountered mistakes, and the sandwiches didn’t taste fresh. A turkey club is a straightforward item, but it felt challenging for this restaurant. I must also mention that many fast food sandwich shops nowadays seem to have become increasingly careless regarding quality, service, and staff demeanor, often coming off as rude.
The 5 cheese Mac and cheese is stool white Cheddar Mac and cheese and for $5.00 you get a small bowl of es-fyi. The sandwich was as easy as possible on meat and customer service was terrible. 0/5. Will not return.
Every time I order ahead I have to wait an extra amount of time, generally 10-20 minutes. I understand that with staffing issues that is the new norm, but I witnessed some pretty unsanitary work practices. I saw some guy put a couple subs in a bag, then proceeded to put said bag on the ground to take them out to place in a bigger bag. He then took that bag from the ground and set it up top on the counter where they load up the subs with toppings. I get it, maybe he was new, but no way is that something that should be done in the food industry.
