Subway - Knoxville

I'm not a huge fan of the new menu but the staff here is great. Even with a long line they keep things moving quickly and accurately.

I placed an online order that was ready on time, which was a relief. However, our subs were made incorrectly. Unfortunately, we were in a rush and couldn't check them before leaving. The restaurant was dirty and no staff members were around when I picked up my sandwich. This experience has made me hesitant to return to this location. I have never had any issues before, but it seems like the quality has declined in the past few months.

The new sandwiches are all delicious. However, the prices have become unreasonable. I ordered a foot-long sandwich with chips and a drink and it came to $16. What is the purpose of fast food if it is priced the same as a sit-down restaurant?

Good sandwiches. Don't skimp on the meat next time!
