McDonald's - Levittown

The customer service was terrible, and the iced coffee tasted like it was three days old. I paid extra for certain items, but they still got my order wrong.

This location has significantly improved since it was rebuilt a few years ago. It's typically clean and welcoming whenever you visit.

Update (09/12/20): I had a coupon for a free McCafe beverage, but when I asked the employee, she told me that frappes aren't considered McCafe beverages. After checking the McDonald's website on my phone, we both realized she was mistaken. I shouldn't have to educate your staff about the menu items. Are you providing any training for your employees, or just hiring people off the street and giving them uniforms? The service at this McDonald's is very disappointing. Update (11/01/22): I visited with friends and we all placed mobile orders. However, the rude employee at the drive-thru informed me that they only allow two mobile orders per car. This location seems to be struggling with basic competence and is now actively turning away customers. McDonald's really needs to step in and provide retraining for this location.

Food has improved since the last time. Customer service was great. Food cams out fast hit and accurate Neg: dinning area had an oder to it.

My favorite McDonald's. Food is fast even on busy days, staff is always friendly and it's really clean whenever I've been in there.
