Nice casual breakfast and lunch joint around the corner of Love Lane. Serves healthy fare such as bowls, salads, packs, soups and of course EMPANADAS! They also have local beers and wines available. The outdoor area is ideal for picking up with friends over lunch and drinks.

Quick simple friendly attentive little breakfast lunch counter with communal table interior and planted outdoor two tables outdoors. Nut milk option and also has prepared food and small selection food (chips popcorn olive oil pickled items tea and coffee. Amazing choice of empanadas (e.g. pork and fresh mango) and bakery (the walnut cake! . High chair available for common table with color book and crayons!

I love this place! It is as its title suggests. The food all seems to be locally sourced. I think also organic. The ingredients are interesting. Its also not greasy or too salty. I could tell they put a lot of thought into feeding people local, healthy organic food. Also they have the rainbow flag on the front door and that makes me smile everytime I walk in.

I love this place! I always get the “Power Bowl” and it is delicious; usually buckwheat, black beans, avocado and whatever roasted vegetables they have (sweet potato, bok choy, etc) served with an egg. The salad case is a good option for a quick pick-and-go lunch. I never had anything I didn't like. Sometimes I just pack homemade hummus from the refrigerator, and sometimes I treat myself with the best Acai dish on the north fork. GO!!! They won't be disappointed.
