Tesco Cafe - Medway

The dining experience was disappointing, with food that resembled cheap cafe fare but was overpriced, greasy, and served in small portions. The wait time for cooked dishes was excessive, and I received rude treatment from the cashier, an elderly woman who seemed short-tempered. The service was average at best, with food debris on the floor, dirty plates left on tables, and one staff member appearing idle. While one staff member made an effort, it was clear she couldn't manage everything herself. The atmosphere was also lacking, as there was a party seated nearby with individuals who appeared to have mental impairments, and some staff members were disrespectful towards them due to their noise level. It is important for the public to be aware of these issues before choosing to dine at this restaurant and potentially wasting their money and time. It is unacceptable to mistreat anyone, including those with mental impairments, and such behavior is both unfair and unjust.

The food at this restaurant is terrible and not good for you. The staff at the front counter could be friendlier and have better attitudes to improve the atmosphere. However, the small Polish lady and the male manager are both great. Despite their kindness, I would not return to this restaurant due to several negative experiences that I cannot share here.

Furthermore, I had to wait a long time for my food, approximately 20 minutes. This gave me enough time to finish my pot of tea before my meal even arrived. When it finally did, I was disappointed with the quality. My plate consisted of a small sausage, two greasy hash browns, and dried-out baked beans, most likely from overcooking. Overall, I believe this restaurant has the potential to improve and offer a better dining experience for its customers.

Well that was an experience!!!! Looking at my breakfast , I would say it was sat under the hot plate for a while . Beans had a skin on them , bacon was like rubber , sausage tasted rank

The place is okay for a coffee , but anything more demanding than that seems to meet the too difficult box. We did go here for breakfast, but after some shrugs and long times quoted for the items requested we settled for the coffee .Staff members not overly helpful
