Shanghai - Olney

I'm puzzled by all the complaints regarding rude staff and poor service. My family has been ordering takeout from this restaurant for as long as I can remember, and I've never experienced any bad treatment at all. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is better than average. I think some of the people who complain might not realize that the staff is often very busy, and the woman tends to be quick and straightforward. I don't view that as a negative at all, in my opinion. I highly recommend this place!

The food here is delicious and the portion sizes are generous. We dine here at least once a month. The pork loin and hot garlic beef are incredible, and we love the amazing soup, especially when someone is feeling under the weather.

We’ve been customers for a long time and have never been disappointed; the food is always delicious. I did see some reviews mentioning that the woman who takes calls can come across as rude, but I find her to be a genuinely nice and sweet person—it's just her manner of speaking. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this place!
