Brother Sebastian's Steakhouse Winery

Brother Sebastian’s is by far the best restaurant me and my significant other have stopped at for the entire duration of our stay here in Omaha. The staff did everything to make sure we were content with our meals and comfortable. Greg was our waiter and he was fantastic. We could tell he puts his heart into his work. He also showed us this impressive book, Good Friday, with so many signatures inside and we even got to read through them and sign ourselves! Was such an amazing and immersive experience. We will definitely be stopping by in the future.

This is the kind of place your grandparents will love. It’s totally old school, but a bit on the tacky side. The prime rib was very good, but the ribeye was a bit dry and extremely salty. The onion rings were good, as were the mashed potato’s and the asparagus. However, the salad bar is very simple and boring. The service was great. It was a decent meal but we wouldn’t go back. Too many better steak houses out there.

The standout dish of my meal was the beef kabob – it was expertly seasoned, tender, and grilled to perfection. Every bite was bursting with flavor, cooked just the way I enjoy it. To finish off the meal, I indulged in their lemon cake for dessert, which was truly delightful. It struck the perfect balance between tartness and sweetness, providing a refreshing conclusion to an already fantastic dining experience. The service was quick and attentive, and the ambiance enhanced the overall enjoyment of the evening.

The ambiance of this restaurant is what truly sets it apart and makes it such a delightful experience. Each time I visit, I enjoy dining in a different themed room. The food is fantastic, just what you’d expect from a top-notch steakhouse. The service is consistently excellent, and while the prices are a bit on the higher side, it's definitely worth it.
