Round Table Pizza - Prunedale

The service at this restaurant was rude and it took a long time to find the pizzas I ordered, only to discover they were already waiting in the warming oven. I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza, but it seemed like they had only thrown a few pepperoni slices on from across the room. It ended up being mostly cheese. Despite charging premium prices, the restaurant provided bad service and low-quality products.

I want to express my appreciation for the accuracy, efficiency, and friendliness of the Round Table location. Upon arriving to pick up my carryout order, the gentleman who checked me out, who I assume was the manager, was very friendly and attentive to each individual order. I didn't feel like just a number in a long line of orders on a busy Saturday night. Furthermore, my order was ready 10 minutes early, and it was hot and fresh. Every order I have had with them since moving to this area has always been hot and fresh. I have also ordered from another local delivery place in the area, Mountain Mike's, and while I have had their pizza in the past, I have to say that the Round Table here is far superior. I will choose Round Table over Mountain Mike's in Prunedale any day. I appreciate the effort and attention that this specific Round Table location puts into their service. It truly sets them apart from other chain pizza delivery places, especially with the rise of services like doordash. Keep up the great work, Round Table Pizza!

This is a great pizza chain. Ordering online is easy and convenient. Takeout orders are always ready on time. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is the second time in one month they don't cooking the pizzas all the way I had to put it in the oven for 10 minutes more the sauce wasn't even warm . On top of it they didn't even have any parmesan cheese or peppers. This place has really gone down hill in the past year. Would recommend it to anyone. Management is rude.

I ordered a pizza last night around 8:30, even though the restaurant was closing at 9. I was held up assisting a friend who needed a jumpstart, so I called the restaurant and they kindly agreed to wait for me. They patiently waited until 9:20 for me to pick up my pizza. The staff had a great attitude and I received a hot and fresh pizza. I highly recommend Round Table Pizza for their exceptional service.
