Gonza Tacos Y Tequila - Raleigh

Overall service for a non busy weekday lunch was pretty bad. Slow service one person got there first , had drink. Other two in party arrived, ordered drinks waited at least 10 minutes. Asked for water for table as well, they brought 1 water. Asked for another round for table, they brought 2 beers vs three. Ordered appetizers, took very long, brought 2 plates for 3 guests. Flies everywhere on patio asked for fan to be turned on to aid took a long time to even do that. I usually like Gonzas the food was ok, overshadowed by not so great service. May not go back so soon.

What a cool place! The spicy margarita was fantastic. The salsa was great. I had the Chili releno with pork. It's very meat heavy which I didn't expect but it was great! Every staff member we interacted with was exceptional. The decor and music is so fun! Will absolutely be back.

Price has significantly gone up but quality has remained the same

Great food! Super friendly staff! Parking: Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome. They have a robot! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes!

Gonza is crazy loud, full of screaming kids, too dark to see, and only half the staff is friendly. Food is ok but not great. Chile relleno is like a stuffed bell pepper not breaded and fried just a heads up.
