I tried the half-cooked olive somen noodles. It was the end of October but the noodles were firm, and I could taste the unique flavor of olive oil, making it very delicious. The restaurant also had souvenir sales inside, and I purchased some. Thank you very much.
Recommended by locals, I went to this restaurant! They had olive somen, which was innovative. This time, I tried the classic plain somen, and it was very satisfying! The parking lot is spacious, so you can easily come by car. The location is a bit hard to find, but there is a sign so don't miss it! Despite being light, it has a good texture and it made me feel like my concept of somen was completely overturned. I didn't know that Shodoshima's somen was famous, but if it's nearby, I would definitely come back to this restaurant again.
いいおかみさんですね!腰のある麺に椎茸の煮たもの、海老?の天かす、甘くない玉子焼きのトッピング。ボリュームはちょうど良かったです。 荷物を持っての移動だったので買い物出来ませんでしたが、魅力的な製造直販商品が並んでましたよ
こじんまりした綺麗なお店です。裏の製麺所で箸分け体験が出来ます。中に土産物コーナーもあります。 自慢の自家製麺 確かに美味しいです。麺つゆは皆さんお好みがあると思いますが、甘さ控えめで自分達の口に合いました。ご馳走さまでした ただ、お腹いっぱいにしたい方には物足りないかもしれません。
