Ralph's Famous Italian Ices - Smithtown

I recently relocated to this town and was looking to get some ice cream with a friend who suggested this place. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant.

My wife has been coming to this restaurant for years and we have passed the tradition on to our son. They consistently offer high quality food and fast service.

Exciting news: Ralph's will be closing for the winter soon! Take advantage of their half-price sale on all ice cream and water ice at this location before it closes.

I've visited this location numerous times, but this time I had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself. What a genuinely humble person! I was there with my mom and two kids, and in just a few minutes, I learned so much about him. Not only did he serve as a police officer, but he’s now giving back to his community with some of the best ices around! Thank you for your service, sir!

I had some issues with door dash nabbing or forgetting part of my order. The store fixed that issue REALLY quickly by sealing the order in the bag. Kudos! Since then, zero issues from door dash. It shouldn't reflect on this store in any way. They were harmed by being too tasty, perhaps? I try to order from them as much as I can as this place is my FAVORITE dessert place on Long Island. If I ever leave the area, missing this store will be my major regret.
