Happy Chef - Haymarket

My favourite beef laksa! My go to place for winter laksa crave is this one. Thick egg noodle, beef brisket. I sometimes order less noodle more soup (yes, they will cater these kind of requests sometimes)

Usually get the combination seafood noodle soup and the soup is to die for. Their broth tastes so amazing and the food always comes out really fast.

Love love love the chicken laksa. Broth is not too thick and not too spicy. Serving size is generous and service is always super quick. Have been coming here for almost a decade and it is still my favourite place to get Laksa in Sydney.

I love Happy Chef's wontons, their sate soup and their laksa. Sure, it's a sweet coconut style laksa and it's not too spicy, but it's still tasty.
