My meal at the restaurant included rocks that accidentally chipped my tooth. The food was lacking in flavor, uninspiring, and disappointing. I recommend visiting Chanpen Thai instead.
I was visiting Phoenix for the holidays and wanted to do something special to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. After a recommendation from a friend, we decided to go to Top of the Rock...
I came a few times to this restaurant and every time it was a great experience. The menu changes from time to time so you have an extra reason to go back and experience different food. No reservation was made this time, it was Saturday around 8 o’clock and the host was able to give us a table after about 15 minutes wait. We ordered some appetizers and drinks. I will post photos to see the fancy Tuna Cigar that came in a fancy cigar box. Another appetizer we got was the Thai Shrimp. While we were waiting for the food, they brought us some sweet bread and butter. We also got the drinks , two cocktails, which were quite expensive, especially the espresso martini $20. The prices were not on the menu , I would have chosen probably something else. It was good, however not worth the money. The view is always nice, especially if you can get a table outside. I definitely recommend it.
What can I say? Me and girlfriend went for our anniversary and was treated amazingly. We went in and was greeted and seated near the windows, the view was out of this world. The food was amazing(thai shrimp was the best I've ever had), but the sole reason why I gave this 5 stars is because of the staff. They were so friendly and nice. Overall, I would go back again.
