Starbucks - Tustin

Another lovely breakfast at Starbucks .. love their customer service and their products ?? always happy with my blonde coffee and double smoked bacon sandwich ... My husband loves their strawberry açai drink with their blueberry muffin.

This Starbucks is a fantastic spot to grab a drink before heading out for some shopping. Although it's not the best place to work on your laptop due to limited seating, the staff is wonderful. Inside, seating is quite scarce, but outside in The Marketplace, there are plenty of options, including single comfortable chairs and tables with umbrellas, which makes up for it. I always order my usual drink here, and it's consistently prepared perfectly. Even during busy times, the staff manages to serve everything quickly and efficiently.

Green tea frap tastes like water. Please! I just paid $5.20 for a cup of water. You need to make Starbucks drink, not home made drink or you'll lose customers.

The staff was very frineds and super fast to make our drinks even when they it seem a bit busy.

I’m really sorry, but if someone is left waiting by the mobile order area for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged, asked for their name, or receiving any assistance, it’s clear that there’s a significant issue with customer service. My drink is past the estimated ready time, and I can see why the Starbucks up the street has such a long line; they serve customers much faster, even with many more people waiting in the drive-thru.
