Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI came to this location for lunch today as a local radio station had a promo all weekend long for a free burrito if you stated a 4 digit code to the server. Upon entering this place you could instantly feel and tell that the employee (a male Pinoy)hated his job and didn't wanna be there. I asked him about the promo and he kinda shook his head to agree but wasn't happy about it at all. He made us 2 burritos of course as bland as can be with no sour cream and guacamole as he said it wasn't included. We bought 2 bottled beverages with the 2 burritos and decided to eat them there. My son was now hungry so my wife went to the same person to order him a kids meal and the guy said " you haven't paid yet for the kids meal" she said and I went up to him to also say that we didn't order a kids meal earlier and we're ordering it now... He kept arguing with us and wouldn't let go and you can tell he was angry by his actions so we said forget it we won't be ordering anything else. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is expecting service with a smile. The food at Mucho Burrito is much much better with friendly service.
I have been there in the past and it has been ok fast food- Filling with fresh ingredients and healthier than other fast food options in the same area. Yesterday I went in to grab what I always get- a Taco salad. The girl who serves us was the same as she normally is(never smiles or says good morning and no hint of actually liking her job) however my issue is not really with her. The taco shells were all burned(it has never been like that) and the lettuce they used was pale yellow...not green and tasted like old socks. Normally I get the chicken meat topping and lo and behold when I ordered I noticed they changed prices. Now chicken is $1 more(so $9.50 for a salad or bowl) vs ground beef. When I asked when this happened they said yesterday they changed the prices.... so all of a sudden the prices go up and the quality goes down... I am thinking they are trying to make more profit. I with certainty can say in future I will be eating from the food trucks on the other side of the road or at the great restaurant ' To dine for' across the street- both in the same price ballpark and both with healthier and fresher options.... you lost me as a customer
At least it's better than eating at McDonaldsYou can choose healthy optionsThe fish taco is okay.
There's not a lot of options in this area so expectations are low This Taco Del Mar offers Mexican standards that do the job but doesn't wow you.
Went for Sunday lunch with the family3 adults, 1 toddlerOnly one person working, which made for a painfully slow ordering process.
