Johanniter - Zürich

We wanted to drink a pitcher with our friendly circle around 23;00 clock, as it is offered on the drink card. when we have not been observed after 10 minutes, we contact the service personnel whether we will accept our orders in a foreseeable time. the waiter replied: either you wait or you are looking for another restaurant. what we did.

We always visit the Jordanian when you want to go fast. the food comes very quickly at the table. the quality of the food and the ease of the waiters can be disputed. However, the price-performance ratio is correct. when you go to the johannite you know that you don't get a 5-star dinner. we're always coming.

The service was quick and food was all right. It's not haute cuisine but honestly, comparing with other places around the restaurant, this one wasn't bad at all. The price is normal price for the area

They served wrong dish so i had to wait another 15 minutes until the right dish was served. The dishes were tasty, fair portion with fair price. In the end we did not have to pay for the dish!!! We got extra drinks and dessert for free too. Totally satisfied in how they solved the issue. Friendly staffs, good food, great location! Totally recommend this restaurant whenever you visit Zürich!

Been travelling Europe for 3 months and this is by far the worst service I and my wife have received or witnessed. While our service was rough and rude the service provided to others was insulting at best. The food is fair but this place gets Europe's 6 hats for ill mannered and rude service. Just to put things into prospective this is the first negative post I have made in 67 years. So well done.
