They said they were not able to find his job on his name, and there is nothing they could do to help him. He offered his order number and ticket number, but it was said that they could not find orders based on this information. He missed his lunch break, didn't get any food and left very dissatisfied with how the store treated the situation. Please do better next time and train staff to deal with such situations.

It's obviously convenient and liked by that community because it had plenty of customers. The place could use TLC. They were generous with the hot sauce and tartar sauce

The girl who is always in the window is very rude and has a bad customer service. I was there a few days ago, went to the lobby and stood there about 7 minutes and nobody took my order. She bypassed me and didn't realize I was there. To think I would give them almost $20 for bad service. I went out and will visit NIE again.

From my very first visit both the staff and the owners have made me feel like part of the family. The service is excellent and the food and wine are delightful. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing and I always want to stay for hours when I'm here.
