The dessert was incredible—I believe it was yam? and other flavors worked well as on paper they sound like interesting compositions! This place is the definition of hit or miss. The service is always a miss to be honest.. the food is 50/50 as they do have random chefs cooking. I rarely have an salad for a meal, but the san mateo is so delicious I couldn't give it up. we had the chicken club house she said was excellent. we finished cappuccinos that were as good as we've ever done.
